Mantri Developers conferred with “Best CSR activity Award” for Mantri S.E.V.A by CREDAI Karnataka

Mantri Developers Pvt. Ltd. is South India’s leading real estate developer. It has acquired name and fame in a very short span of time since its establishment in 1999 by Mr. Sushil Mantri. Another major accolade earned by Mantri Developers is that it has been conferred with the “Best CSR activity award by CREDAI for its CSR wing Mantri S.E.V.A. i.e. Supporting and Encouraging voluntary Action). The award was received by Mr. Sushil Mantri at CREDAI (Karnataka) real estate award function, held on April 27th, 2013.

Mantri Developers has always believed in pushing individuals and communities to take active part in growth and development of the society. Focusing on this very principle, Mantri Developers formed a dedicated CSR wing called Mantri S.E.V.A.. Its main aim is to generate a positive and healthy impact in the society with the help of various activities that will target to combat various pressing issues ranging from education to environment concerns.  

On receiving the award, Mr. Mantri, Chairman and MD of Mantri Developers said that Mantri S.E.V.A. is a small step to bring more happiness in lives of unfortunate people. Exclaiming his joy, he said that he felt encouraged on being conferred with this award from a worthy institution like CREDAI.

Mantri S.E.V.A. was formed in 2011 which aimed at helping the company to serve the community in a better way. Names of projects headed by Mantri S.E.V.A. in the past are old paper collection, drive to support the Nightingale Medical Trust, an elder care centre to help the elderly people in making paper bags in order to earn a living for themselves by selling the paper bags; Christmas Carnival for the children living in SOS village; old clothes donation drive in collaboration with an NGO Goonj where Mantri S.E.V.A. was able to collect 1600 kgs. of clothes for people inhabiting areas in Sikkim and Odisha who had been affected by earthquake and flood.

Many other activities in name of social development are going on all over the country under Mantri S.E.V.A.. these activities reiterate the pledge taken by Mantri Developers to give back to society and evoke positivity in the minds of people and add value to the communities they operate in.
