The complex of Synergy I
is built in seismic zone III complaint with concrete solid block
masonry. All the internal walls are plastered with lime rendering and
there are ceiling cornices in living and dining rooms. Interiors are
painted with oil bound distemper while emulsion paint is used in the
exteriors. Superior quality designer ceramic tiles are used in
bedrooms, balconies, kitchen and utility areas while master bedroom
is wooden floored. Toilets have been fitted with pastel colour WHB
and EWC along with hot and cold water mixer unit for shower of Jaguar
make. Health faucets are there in all the toilets with concealed
master control cock from inside.

premium imported brass/chrome finish hardware along with aluminium
powder coated/UPVC doors. Modular kitchen is decked with granite

The architectural
structure of Synergy II is built in seismic zone III done with
concrete block masonry. All the internal walls are smoothly plastered
where the interiors are oil bound distemper painted while exteriors
are painted with emulsion paint. Vitrified ceramic tiles are used in
the bedroom, balcony, kitchen, living and utility areas. Toilets are
installed with white WHB and EWC of Hindware make having hot and cold
water mixture unit for showers and health faucets.
The doors and
windows are made of good quality brass/chrome finish hardware and the
sliding doors are of aluminium powder coated/UPVC. Stainless steels
sink in the modular kitchen is provided on request cladded with
glazed tiles. The electrical wires are fire resistant of ISI make.
Each flat has one Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (ELCB) for safety and
is provided with 3KW of power. The plumbing are pressure tested with
good quality CP fittings and sewer lines are of PVC make.
